Cathérine Seifert

Cathérine Seifert, born in Münster in 1977, studied at the Westfälische Schauspielschule in Bochum. From 2002 to 2005 she was a member of the ensemble at Schauspielhaus Bochum, where she worked with directors such as Matthias Hartmann, Jürgen Kruse and Jürgen Gosch. In 2005 she left for Schauspielhaus Zürich. Here she appeared under the direction of Jürgen Gosch, Jan Bosse and David Bösch. At Thalia Theater she has worked with Bastian Kraft, Luk Perceval and Antú Romero Nunes, among others. In 2019 she received the Hamburg Theatre Prize – Rolf Mares for her role as Barbara in Eine Familie (August: Osage County, directed by Antú Romero Nunes). Cathérine Seifert has been a member of the ensemble at Thalia Theater since the 09/10 season.
