»Regardless of nationality, we’re all just horny and desperately seeking connection.«
With her provocative ‘in-your-face’ rhetoric, actress Orit Nahmias shapes many of Yael Ronen’s productions. In her current stand-up show, Make Love Not War, the Israeli actress and author takes to the stage as a middle-aged divorcee, grappling with the fear of death and a zest for life. With brutal honesty and self-deprecating humour, she explores the intersections of love, sex, trauma and politics – and the boundaries of body, mind and heart. As she presents herself without filters, Orit Nahmias asks her audience not to see her as an Israeli or a Jew, but as a sex goddess.
Tip: Watch Make Love Not War after Between the River and the Sea.
