Silke Merzhäuser
She studied political science, literature, and social psychology at the University of Hannover. Beginning in 2000, she first worked as a dramaturgy assistant at schauspielhannover and Theater Basel, and subsequently as a dramaturg at the Luzerner Theater. From 2007 to 2009, she was a dramaturg at the Deutsches Theater in Göttingen, where she primarily oversaw interdisciplinary events and theater projects, such as FRIEDLAND with werkgruppe2. She has held teaching positions at the University of Göttingen, the Braunschweig University of Art (HBK), the Mozarteum in Salzburg, and the University of Hannover. Since 2009, she has been part of werkgruppe2 as a dramaturg. She has been a member of the board of the Film and Media Office of Lower Saxony since May 2022.
