Anna Blomeier

Anna Blomeier, born in Konstanz in 1978, studied drama at the Hochschule für Musik und Theater in Hanover from 1999 to 2003. Immediately after graduating, she became a permanent member of the ensemble at Thalia Theater, where she worked with directors such as David Bösch, Jorinde Dröse, Dimiter Gotscheff, René Pollesch, Stephan Kimmig, Andreas Kriegenburg and Michael Thalheimer until 2008. From 2008 to 2010, she was a member of the ensemble at the Centraltheater Leipzig, where she worked with Martin Laberenz, Sascha Hawemann and Rainald Grebe, among others. Since 2010, she has been working as a freelance actress in Zurich, Cologne and Düsseldorf with Daniela Löffner, Bastian Kraft, Jette Steckel and Martin Laberenz, as well as in film and television. Anna Blomeier has been a returning guest at Thalia since the18/19 season.
