ab S-Bahnhof Altona mit dem Bus 2 im 10-Minuten- Takt bis zur Haltestelle Gaußstraße, ab dort 200m Fußweg.
Your Thalia theatre ticket, your Thalia subscription card and your printed Print@Home-Ticket entitle you to a return HVV journey to the venue on the day of the performance, via any method of public transport including the express bus, the AKN, Metronom trains and regional trains.
In front of Thalia you’ll find two disabled parking bays. The neighbouring car parks, Q-Park City Car Park and Europa Passage Underground Car Park also have disabled parking bays and are accessible without barriers. The closest barrier-free ÖPNV stops are: S-Bahn Hauptbahnhof, U-Bahn Jungfernstieg (U2 and U4) and Bus Gerhart-Hauptmann-Platz. For barrier-free entry to the auditorium, please contact our front of house staff or press the red button at the main entrance. We will then be glad to offer barrier-free access via the side of the building. Thalia has two places for wheelchairs in row 4 of the stalls, and there are disabled toilets to the right of the stalls (> 90cm). Seats in the boxes and circles are not accessible barrier-free.
Thalia Gaußstraße offers parking bays directly in front of the theatre. The closest barrier-free ÖPNV-stop is Bus Gaußstraße, Line 2. Thalia Gaußstraße also offers at least one wheelchair place for each performance, as well as disabled toilets (> 80cm).
Induction loops are available at Thalia at the right of the stalls, where you can also find information on the function of induction loops. Concessions – Severely disabled guests receive a discount of a minimum of 50%, plus the person named on their disabled person’s ID will also receive a half-price ticket. Wheelchair users and their guest also pay concession rates. Thalia has been certified as barrier-free as part of the nationwide scheme, ‘Travel for all’ (Thalia G1&H1, Thalia Gaußstraße G1).
