In 2013, the largest criminal trial in Germany since reunifcation began. In 2018 the verdict was pronounced. One woman and four men were accused of having founded or supported the NSU terrorist organization – a far-right group that allegedly killed ten people, perpetrated three explosive attacks, committed arson and carried out ffteen robberies. Annette Ramelsberger, Tanjev Schultz, Rainer Stadler and Wiebke Ramm are among the journalists who followed the trial non-stop from day one. The main focus of the reading will be to consider questions concerning the Hamburg victim Süleyman Tas¸köprü, who was shot dead in his grocery store in 2001.
